President
Raised in Worthington, Jeff and his wife reside in northwest Columbus. They have three grown children and two adorable grandchildren.
Jeff has 25+ years in the pool and spa industry. His expertise lies in diagnosing and solving your pool & spa service needs efficiently and effectively.
TOM MADER
Managing Partner
A life-long Columbus resident, Tom lives near Dublin..

Tom Has 25+ years in the pool and spa industry and is a co-founder of Endless Summer. He not only personally maintains pools and spas, but also works hard to maintain strong relationships with the fine people who own them. People like you.
CHAD FERRELL
Director of Pool & Spa Maintenance
Chad has been with Endless Summer since 2005. He also lives in northwest Columbus with his wife and stepson.
​Chad's high standards in Pool and Spa Maintenance and Water Chemistry Management ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment all season long.
TONIA ROTONDO
Director of Client Services
In her free time Tonia enjoys snuggling and playing with her baby grandson. She resides in NW Columbus with her blanket-eating dog, Daisy.
She began her career in the swimming pool industry in January of 2020 and her 24 years in the service industry prove to be an asset in helping our current and new clients to manage their Endless Summer accounts.
Unlike all the other Endless Summer employees, you likely will not see Tonia in your backyard. She has the critical role of answering our phones, scheduling service visits, providing estimates, setting up new accounts and generally providing any support services that our clients need.
KEVIN CALDWELL
Service Tech
From Worthington and a lifelong Central Ohioan, Kevin has two great kids and has finally achieved a lifelong dream of living outside the outer-belt.

Joining the Pool & Spa Industry in 1989, Kevin has been with Endless Summer since 2006. He works on your larger pool & spa projects, such as vinyl liner replacement, openings, closings & repairs.
SETH KAISER
Service Department Manager
Seth has been with Endless Summer since 2014. He resides in NW Columbus with his son and their dog.
Like all Endless Summer employees, you will likely see Seth in your backyard servicing your pool & spa.
When not in the field working, Seth sends you estimates, manages the service schedule, and answers any questions you have regarding repairs to your pool or spa.
CONNER RITCHEY
Trainer / Senior Pool Tech
Connor started with Endless Summer in 2017. Very quickly Connor proved that his strong work ethic, attention to specifics, and jovial attitude make him an asset to Endless Summer and our clients. He trains and offers tech support to our junior staff and helps manage the employees that complete over 500+ weekly pool cleanings .
Connor resides in Dublin and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, wearing kilts and volunteering with Adaptive Sports Connection.
DUSTIN BURCHETT
Warehouse Supervisor
Dustin started with Endless Summer in 2018. He brought many detail focused skills from his previous work in construction and remodeling that allow him to ensure excellence on every job site he visits.
Dustin lives in Plain City and enjoys concerts, drawing, snowboarding and demolition derbies.
BRIGGY KANNALLY
Briggy started with Endless Summer in 2021. He is meticulous with his paperwork and communication. His high standards and attention to detail guarantee our clients’ satisfaction of a job done well.
He is a Delaware, OH native and a graduate of The Ohio State University.

CONNER FULK
After graduating from Worthington Kilbourne High School in June 2023, Connor began working for Endless Summer in June 2023. In a short period of time, he has proven to be an asset and leader at Endless Summer.
Connor is an new and vintage sneaker enthusiast / collector and wears some pretty fresh kicks when not taking care of your pool or spa.
ETHAN STREETS
Ethan is a 2023 graduate of Worthington Kilbourne High School who joined the Endless Summer team in 2024. He is a fast learner and enjoys being outdoors taking care of your swimming pools and spas.
Like his best friend, Connor Fulk, Ethan is also a new and vintage sneaker enthusiast / collector and wears some pretty fresh kicks when not taking care of your pool or spa.
LEAH KAISER
In September 2024 Leah joined Endless Summer as our newest Service / Repair Tech. You will see her in your back yard completing some our bigger projects: pool openings / closings and equipment replacements / repairs.
Leah resides in the Dublin area and enjoys spending time with her nephews.
